Just as described . Beautiful!

I tried to cancel the order before it shipped and seller did not respond. granted, I requested after the 2 day window, but I at least expect a response. Then right after i send the message.. the next day the item was shipped. It said it was delivered on the 6th, the delivery date was the 7th. I went to check on the 6th, the item did not appear. I tried to make a claim, Etsy would not let me make a claim until the 7th - the estimated delivery date. I made the claim on the 7th - item still not arrived. The moment i opened the case, it was closed at the same time - but the automated system says it was closed on the 8th... when it was actually the 7th. How scammy is that? Nobody is actually reviewing this case, and the seller is absent. I'm very disappointed at the unprofessional experience on such a cheap item.

The latch was nicely made without any rough edges. The finish was uniform and met my expectations. The latch was a nice finishing touch to our Japanese arbor and gate. The latch does not come with screws to attach the latch, and it would be a nice addition to the package if Honey Wood Home would include black screws with the latch. Until they do, a dab of black paint will cover shiny screw heads used to secure the latch.

The knob is a beautiful shape. It is a little less bright than the pictures show, but I kind of like that variation. The only complaint I have is that the texture of the finish is slightly sticky to touch - and copious polishing with cloth seems to yield no results. We'll keep working on it, but a sticky pull is, even if beautiful, unusable.
