Following My Dream

I’ve been knitting and playing with all things fiber for as long as I can remember. During my college days, I worked in a yarn shop and it was the best job I ever had! Fast forward a number of years; I’m still a fiber fanatic, have joined a couple of guilds and take workshops to improve my skills and learn new ones. I craft all the time, both for myself, for gifts, and commissioned pieces. My Etsy store is a way for me to share my passion and help others with theirs. You may also see me at a few yarn and fibre sales throughout the year.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may ship it back within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was sent out. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping costs. Please contact me prior to returning an item. Refund will be given upon receipt of the item.

If the reason for return is an error on my part, I will do a full refund upon the receipt of the item providing it’s returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was sent out. I will refund the cost of the items as well as all shipping costs. Please contact me prior to returning and item. Refund will be given upon receipt of the item.
Payment
Payment options are available on the shipping tab of the item listed. Payment must be cleared before item is shipped.
Delivery
I ship all items via Canada Post and will combine shipping cost on multiple purchases. I charge as close to actual shipping cost (and sometimes less) as possible and will refund significant over charge.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA: All items to destinations within Canada will be mailed Regular Parcel. It includes tracking and delivery confirmation, which I will provide once parcel has been sent.
Small items will be sent Letter-mail (no tracking).

Delivery times vary but items will usually be delivered within 7-10 business days.

SHIPPING TO USA: Items with destinations to the US can either be mailed as Light Packet with no tracking or as a Tracked Packet, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation. You will have an option to select this at check out.

Delivery times vary, but items going to the USA will usually be delivered within 10-14 business days.

Please contact me if you want to inquire about shipping upgrades (other carriers, quicker shipment, etc).

Buyers in countries other than Canada & US; please contact me for shipping cost.

NOTE that orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Colours – Every attempt is made to show the colour of the item as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that different monitors show colours differently.

All of my items come from a smoke free home. All items are stored in a closed off area not accessible to our cat.
