I still have not received the item

This item sat in a postal facility unclaimed for over 15 days and was returned this week. In future please choose to contact the seller directly as the package was insured and the issue easily fixed.

Please understand that our items are antique and they have seen many years, each carrying with them a story. Every item is sold as it was found, with their stories intact. All of our items sold as is.
To the best of or ability we use pictures & descriptions to convey the condition of our items. Everything in our store is sold as described.

If your item is not delivered on time or delivered damaged, please contact us regarding your shipment along with your tracking number so we can process your insurance claim within 25 days after delivery ( if insurance is applicable).

We do not except refunds, with the exception that if a blatant mistake was made by us, we will accept and refund the cost of the item. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in it's original condition to be applicable for a refund.

Shipping:

All Guaranteed Delivery purchases are shipped within 12-48 hours of purchase.

( This applies if you have purchased postage with a specified time period of delivery example: 1-3 day, 4-5 or 7 day shipping)

All Regular Delivery purchases are shipped within 3-5 business days.
( This applies if you have not purchased postage with a specified time)



Tracking:

Tracking Numbers will be provided to those who have purchased a shipping plan that includes tracking.

If you have chosen not to include tracking with your purchase, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for items that are mishandled by the postal service.



Insurance:

We strongly encourage all of our customers to purchase a shipping plan inclusive of Tracking & Insurance.

Insurance allows you to; Follow & Track your package, Know your delivery date & Receive full insurance coverage in the form of a refund in case your purchase is damaged or lost during shipping.

If you have chosen not to include tracking & insurance with your purchase, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for items that are mishandled by the postal service.




Fees, Taxes & Duties

The buyer is responsible for any fees, taxes or duties that may occur during international shipments.

If you have any questions please check the Import Policies & Duties of your local postal location to find out if this will apply to you.

Customs:

Please be aware that every country reserves the right to inspect items that are being imported. Some customs screenings can last as long as 72 days. ( in Australia for example). We can not be held responsible for the delayed shipment if your item is subject to a customs screening. ( We understand the frustration of a delayed shipment.)
We declare all items on our shipping documentation this is our policy, no exceptions.
