Hello and welcome to my online store for Jenn Liv Illustration! I am a freelance illustrator based in Toronto and I make comics, zines, stickers, and other knick knacks in my art style. Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept exchanges and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 5 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If item is damaged, please message me either through Etsy or by email - jenn [!at] jennliv.com and send me a picture of the damaged product. If approved, I will send you a replacement item free of charge.

No refunds on purchases!

I only accept payment through Paypal.
Delivery
**No combined shipping on POSTERS with other items** If you've purchased a poster print from me it will be shipped separately from the rest of your order (ie. non-poster items) in a mailing tube. If you buy more than 1 poster, I will roll the additional posters into the same tube. All other products in my store (zines, comics, stickers, mini-prints) may be shipped together with combined shipping.

If you would like the poster print to be mailed in a flat mailer instead of being rolled please contact me either through Etsy or via email: jenn [!at] jennliv.com. If you choose flat mailer for posters, combined shipping with other products can be an option and I will send you an invoice through Paypal instead. However I would STRONGLY recommend that you choose separate shipping as the poster is less likely to be damaged in a tube!
