When will my order be shipped?
Tees/Apparel/Home Goods: Once you place an order, the item is sent to production, printed, then shipped. Production of each item is between 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please keep in mind, shipping time is additional.
Woven Blankets: Because each tapestry blanket is woven per order, production turnaround is 5-8 business days. Please keep in mind, shipping time is additional.
Vintage: 1-3 business days.
How is your apparel made? Is it ethically made and sustainable?
We care about where (and how) our products are created. Each one is printed to order using non-toxic inks. We also only source apparel from high quality, ethical, environmentally friendly, sweatshop-free factories. We live in a time where fast fashion dominates the industry. We believe in supporting ethical practices and fair wages and working conditions so that customers can make conscious decisions.
Our apparel producers have received Platinum accreditation from the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP), which carries high standards for human resources management, health and safety standards, environmental and eco-friendly practices, and legal compliance including import and export customs.
Returns and exchange details.
Because each item is made-to-order just for you, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If order tracking shows your item(s) as "Delivered", order will not be refunded or replaced.
While I work hard to ensure product photos are as accurate as possible, please note computer and device monitors can cause colour variances. For this reason, I cannot give refunds for minor colour variances. When ordering, please ensure you look at product photos using the "zoom" button to see the details.
Why does the ink on the shirt smell weird?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.
Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.
The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
Only part of my order has arrived. Where is the rest of it?
Because some items are Made to Order, and some are in stock, we ship them separately. For example, if you order a Made to Order t-shirt and a sticker, you will likely receive the sticker first and the t-shirt several days later.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
I work with outside printers to have all my items printed and shipped, and I generally submit orders within a few hours of you ordering. Once the printing and production process starts, I am unable to stop it. You can absolutely get in touch to see if there's still time to cancel, but I can't guarantee anything.
