I Can't Keep Them ALL!
I started my Etsy shop not too long after Etsy's appearance on the Internet. I love making bears and dolls and painting cards but at the time had no outlet besides local craft shows. I started my Etsy shop so that I didn't have to pack all my stuff, travel to a show, unpack it, not sell anything, pack it all back up and head for home. That was too much like playing in a band in Austin. I love Etsy, have met lots of great people through this site and made some sales and customers. I am now a member of the Highland Art Gallery & Guild, president of the Burnet Creative Arts, Inc., and a guitar instructor for the Harmony School for the Creative Arts.
