Our vintage items are sold as is, and all sales are final, so please read our listings thoroughly and view photos before purchasing. Please realize that different computer monitors show different colors, so the colors may not be 100% exactly what you see on your monitor. We are always happy to send additional photos and answer questions about items, so please feel free to convo us before purchasing!

We cannot account for the previous owners of these items, so we have no idea what type of home (i.e. smoke free, pet free) that they originally came from. We clean our items before listing, but cannot guarantee what type of home they came from before. Most vintage items will have a little wear and tear (some more than others) and we try our best to be specific as possible in the listing and show flaws in photos. We feel that vintage items with small flaws just contribute to the history of the items and make them all the much better!

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from us,
so please convo us with any issues of the item, and
we will do our best to work things out. Please contact us within
a week of receiving.

We cannot be responsible for damaged, lost, etc, items through the mail. Please purchase insurance (see above) if this is a concern.

We accept Paypal, Credit Cards and Etsy Gift Cards so please pay at time of purchase.
If an item goes unpaid for 7 days, we will consider it
abandoned.

We usually use Priority Mail through USPS for all of our items. If you would like to use a different shipping method, please convo us (please include your shipping address and preferred shipping method) before purchasing an item so we can try and meet your shipping requests and adjust the listing's shipping price.

We will ship your item within 1-3 business days. If you need the item faster, please convo us before purchase so we can adjust the listing's shipping price.

We put delivery confirmation on each of our packages (included), but if you would like insurance, please let us know before you pay so we can adjust the invoice.

If the shipping price is $2.00 or more than what was quoted in the listing, we will refund the overage. Please understand that travel time and packaging costs also go into the shipping price.

If your Paypal/Etsy address is different, please update in your Paypal/Etsy account.

If you are in the Cincinnati Tri-State area, feel free to convo us about pick-up/delivery instead of shipping. If we can make it happen that week, we will!

If there is a particular vintage item you are looking for, or favorited an item in our shop and it was sold, please convo us with your request. Lots of vintage finds are purely luck, but sometimes we find similar items or we may have a similar item that just hasn't been listed yet. If we do find/have what you are looking for, we can create a custom listing.
