With the ongoing Canada Post strike, we have managed to finally find a much cheaper option for delivery within Canada with Chitchats Select. The downside is they can’t ship to rural or PO Boxes at this time. Also please keep in mind that alternative shipping services are overwhelmed at this time, so please place your order as early as possible. We are shipping daily during this period to try to get your orders to you as soon as possible! Thanks for your understanding, friends. ❄️🌨️☃️

With the Canada Post labour disruption scheduled to begin Friday, November 15th, we’ve unfortunately had to change our shipping rate within Canada to a tracked parcel rate with an alternate carrier until the strike has been resolved.

We will be continuing to ship to the United States through Chit Chats, but please be prepared for delays as alternative carriers take on the influx of parcels.

Please be advised that postal services may experience significant delays due to holidays, COVID-19, and unplanned weather events. We ship all Canadian and US (flat mailer only) orders through Canada Post within 1 - 3 business days. While tracking numbers are not provided for Lettermail, if you’d like to upgrade your shipping to a tracked parcel rate please send us a message and we’d be happy to help!

Canada: 3 - 14 business days
United States: 5 - 14 business days

We ship all US thick envelopes and parcels through ChitChats, which allows us to ship to the US at a discounted rate to keep our shipping costs to you as low as possible.
