A note about repairs: Effective 1/1/2024
I am always happy to repair a piece that has lost a stone. For over 12 years I have provided this service at no cost, but due to increased shipping costs, repairs will cost $5 for return postage.
Items that are not packaged in a secure fashion (padded mailer or box) will not be replaced if they are lost or destroyed in transit. I have received too many items in letter envelopes that don't survive the post office, so I sadly must create this new policy. It is my pleasure to keep your jewelry looking it's best, please feel free to contact me for service.

Please note: if the item you are looking at is not pictured with capital letters, I will not make the item with a capital letter, unless you let me know this is required. I do not have the capital letters or numbers for all fonts, please send me a message, I am happy to help you find a font that has the characters that you need.
