If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase after receipt, I will refund the purchase price or issue a store credit - minus shipping fees. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal using a credit card. You can pay through PayPal without setting up an account. Simply add the listing to your cart, then click the "check out with PayPal" button. When it takes you to the PayPal payment screen, click "Don't have a PayPal Account?" to purchase as a "PayPal guest". You may now securely enter your credit or debit card information to pay for your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I use United States Postal Service International First Class Mail to ship my international packages. Shipping charges include shipping costs, packaging costs, and insurance. Please keep in mind that I can't track an international package, nor can I control how long it gets held up in customs. Please allow 2-6 weeks to receive your international order. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees.

SHIPPING A GIFT
If you would like me to ship your item to a loved one as a gift, please edit the shipping address IN PAYPAL to reflect your recipient's address. Double check that the ship to address is correct in Etsy before clicking the "Submit" button to complete your order.

A 50% deposit is required for custom work. Deposit will be forfeited in case of non-payment of the full price. If a custom order is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit will also be forfeited.

Item(s) are guaranteed for workmanship for 90 days, except in case of gross mishandling. After that period, I will be happy to do any repairs or modifications that may be needed, but a small charge may be applied.

SIZING
Most of the rings from my shop are adjustable but I prefer to ship them in your size. Please provide your ring size upon purchasing and custom ordering. Given their size, the majority of my rings best fit on the forefinger and middle finger. Please keep this in mind when submitting your ring size. After item(s) are shipped, I will resize any ring that can be resized for free, but buyer is responsible for shipping to and from my studio.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY
All metals (i.e. sterling silver, brass, copper) naturally tarnish over time, so don’t be alarmed when you notice this. The natural oils from your skin and hair, direct sunlight, and the simple elements in the air we breathe are accountable for this phenomenon. Be sure to keep your jewelry away from water and humidity. Wiping your sterling silver piece(s) with a treated jewelry polishing cloth will restore your silver to its nature shine. Swiping your brass and copper piece(s) with fine steel wool (#0000 only) will restore them to a lovely finish.
