My daughter and I have been passing this little charm from outfit to outfit. We love it! Every person we bump into gives us compliments and asks about it! The shipment came within a few days and was sent with a handwritten thank you note-- the sweetest touch! We'll be coming back to Never Flat Accessories. :)

Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis.

Postage is the responsibility of the buyer and all items must be returned in new/unused condition.

Domestic orders will ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. I charge sales tax to all orders shipped within Colorado and/or my city. Prices listed with each item do not include tax.
Shipping
Domestic orders ship within 48 hours of cleared payment. International orders ship once a week. I ship all items in bubble/padded envelopes.

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), First Class, unless otherwise requested.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENT - takes approximately 3-5 business days. I will email you the tracking number to verify that your purchase has been shipped. 




INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT - shipping can take 1-4 weeks. There is no tracking or insurance available. Customs/duty fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Please note: Additional shipping costs may occur if you wish to upgrade type of shipping (to priority, express, etc) or add additional services (such as certified mail, insurance, etc). Seller is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by post.
