1 out of 5 starsOrdered dec.21, 2020, supposely dispatched dec.28, 2020. Seller has an issue with her situation. Understandable. However, she told me twice to explain that she will ship it but no action taken after. Later on few days, she puts herself with memo as temporary not running business.
I am sorry for that seller has an issue at the moment but really not responsible for responding. Do not make a fault promise for wasting somebody’s time. -

1 out of 5 starsI was really excited to find out that Nicole's shop was so close and I would be supporting someone local to me. However the quality of the products, the service I received, and the communication all fell short. The mug arrived with the paint already beginning to peel and I was told my purchase had been shipped 3 weeks before it actually had. Nicole was kind enough to send a freebie for the delay however the scrunchies she sent are poorly sewn with mismatched stitching on the outside with the knots visible. Room for improvement, all the best.

I'm sure as you are aware that you placed your order during the middle of the height of the pandemic, as I'm only human I did my best during the circumstances in terms of the service and communication. I apologize that it took three weeks for your order to arrive to you however as I mentioned your ordered in the HEIGHT of the pandemic. As most people I too have been struggling with the effects of COVID-19. I'm deeply sorry that you are not happy with the quality of the products, however I believe that mistake was corrected when you received a FULL refund for your order.
