What are your shipping policies?
I ship weekdays (M-F) and generally items take between 1-3 days from purchase to mail out. For larger or unusually sized items, shipping make take upwards of 1 week - I will contact you if this is the case. I ship via USPS unless otherwise requested.
All items are shipped with tracking info. Once an item is dropped off into the mail, I cannot assume responsibility should the item become lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. In the instance that USPS incorrectly delivers a package to the wrong location or the item is lost/stolen, please file a claim with USPS ASAP. You will need a claim number to proceed with the dispute process.
