never received product tried contacting seller got no response BUT seller wanted a review from me. Finally contacted Etsy got full refund within the day.

Looks like a cool product but it doesn't exist anywhere else on Amazon or there own website. I got scammed. I never received any of my three purchases. They haven't shiped them. Now over 40 days later I've politely messaged them probably 10 times and asked Etsy for help. Haven't received any kind of update and never got any responses to my messages. But they still have my money. How can you run a business like this? Its a scam people, don't buy from them. Lots of other people have had the same problems with these guys. Would have been a cool upgrade for my bike. Thanks Etsy for getting me a full refund within minutes after my second help request!

I never got it and they haven't responded. I'm sure I'd love it, but need to have it to know.

Bought this after figuring out I didn't have the correct parts. they hold up pretty well and seem quality enough to hold the strap mechanism

Got this to prevent my bike lock from banging on my cruiser. I didn't realize my seat didn't have the correct attachments so had to purchase a separate screw set in addition to the straps. regardless it was easy to put together once I had all the piece.

I had some trouble with the order not arrived. tried following up. I think it's been forgotten. expensive mistake.

Never received order. Requested refund and never got one.
