Thrilled with my purchase, and especially the service from Shar, who went above and beyond. She sent it out straight away, but due to a backlog in shipping here in Australia, several weeks passed and it hadn't arrived. When I messaged Shar to let her know it hadn't arrived, she immediately refunded my money even though it wasn't her fault. In an ironic twist, two days later, it arrived! I offered to pay Shar back, but she wouldn't have it -- said she was just thrilled the gift had arrived in time for my husband's birthday. You can't beat service like that!
