Frequently asked questions
Custom and personalised orders
There are no refunds on custom orders. All custom orders are sent for approval prior to production/shipping. Once approved, refunds will not be given if there is buyer remorse or a late change in the design.
Foiled Items
All foiled items are handcrafted and may be slightly flawed due to the nature of the foiling process. This is unique to the product but know that I have high standards and would not sell anything extremely flawed unless found in a misfit/whoopsies grab bag.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are shipped in rigid mailers and are packaged carefully in cellophane bags to prevent water damage should the mailers get wet.
Shipping and Processing Times
Processing time:
Processing times are dependent on whether the shop is active during a sale. Currently, the processing time is 1-2 weeks but I generally process orders within a week.
Shipping: Shipping costs include actual cost of shipping, packaging and materials, handling
Domestic orders: Orders within Canada are sent regular lettermail as it is the most cost effective service. For tracked packages, please chose the UPGRADED shipping option
US/International orders: Orders are sent regular lettermail as it is the most cost effective service. For tracked packages, please chose the UPGRADED shipping option.
Order Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds: All sales are final. If something was bought in error please send me a message and we will find a resolution together.
Cancellations: I reserve the right to cancel any order(s) that was/were bought under suspicious terms i.e. coupon code abuse, shared shop credit privileges, sale minimums for free items, continuous non-delivery complaints etc.
