Since my high school days of sewing my own prom dresses, I dreamed of moving from my small town in southwestern Ontario to the big city. My plan was to study Fashion Design and work in the fashion industry for a number of years and eventually start my own business.

Well dreams do come true and that’s exactly what I did!

After working in the fashion industry since 2004 for various fashion brands as a fashion designer and production manager, I started my own custom clothing brand called 'U:her Fashions' and then by surprise, I created 'Ponchies For Kids'!

Ponchies are adorable, cozy ponchos for babies and kids that I design and sew myself in Toronto using locally sourced high quality fleece. Each poncho has drawstrings and snaps at the sides to adjust as your child grows. They are also a great solution to keeping your child safe and warm while travelling in a carseat or stroller.

NEW to the Ponchies collection are Rain Ponchos made of laminated cotton, as well as Beach Towel or Bath Ponchos made of soft terry cloth.

Sizes are available in 0-2yrs, 2-4yrs, 4-6yrs & up and custom orders are also welcome. Ponchies are now being loved across Canada & U.S., Ireland, France, UK, Australia, Japan and Qatar!

With my brand 'Ponchies For Kids', the idea is to bring happiness, playfulness and fun into children’s lives. Each poncho is known for its high quality, functionality and beautiful designs.

Today I am very proud to offer a unique, exceptionally well made product created by me in Chatham, ON, Canada (formally Toronto), that is being loved by children worldwide. I cannot wait for the day where every child everywhere is loving their Ponchie, whether it’s a superhero, a fun animal or a beautiful classic pattern.
