About
Besides being a seller of various kinds of prints, posters, and wall art, I’m also an illustrator and artist based in Montréal, Canada, with a soft spot for that country’s west. I like concepts, making music, politics, history, science, vintage cartography, physical things, electronic means, complex geometry, and curiously mixing minimalism and maximalism.
Past clients include Adidas, Applied Arts, Billboard, BMW, Breather, Business Week, Buzzfeed, Creative Review, Dwell, the Economist, Fast Company, the Financial Times, Folio Society, Foreign Policy, Fortune, the Guardian, GQ, Lexus, Lucky Peach, Le Monde, Money, Monocle, NPR, the New Scientist, the New Yorker, the New York Times, Men’s Health, Pentagram, the Pitchfork Review, PRINT, the Progressive, Real Simple, Reader’s Digest Canada, Shopify, Sub Pop, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Taxi Canada, Time, Toyota, Variety, the Washington Post, Winkreative, WIRED, etc.

Frequently asked questions
Can you do any custom or personalized changes to a print for me?
Unfortunately, the studio is usually very busy with editorial and commercial assignments, and is generally unable to alter prints for customers. I hope that what I offer fits with your vision.
Can you change a print's size for me?
See above. Sorry about that.
Can you send me a digital version of an image, so I can print it myself?
I cannot. As a freelance illustrator my livelihood depends on knowing where my images are going and what they're doing. I'm not into letting things run off digitally.
How are your prints packaged?
The prints are shipped unframed, gently rolled into a non-cylindrical double-walled cardboard tube. They are tough. Safety first!
Can I come to your studio and pick up a print in-person?
Again, the studio is super busy and I travel a lot, so it's much more convenient to ship directly to you instead than doing a local pick up. Shipping is free--let Canada Post do the work for the both of us.
I'm a magazine/ad agency/small business/etc., will you do some illustration work or make a logo for me/us?
Checking out my portfolio at Fifteen.ca. If it seems like we're a good match, send me an e-mail through raymond@fifteen.ca. I won't respond to commissions via Etsy messaging.
What about frames? Are these standard IKEA sizes?
Hi! They are not. All the framed samples you see here are custom-sized frames from Craigframes.com, which I consider a medium-quality low-cost frames-by-mail service. And while that may seem like a pain to order, I suggest you save some money by not using a matt--the image all have a natural white margin already.
