Refunds are not given.

However, if your item arrives damaged, snap a photograph, email it to me, and I’d be happy to replace it.

Only after payment is made and accepted will I ship item.

All my items are made and shipped from the UK.

All orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days of receipt of payment.
Shipping time may vary depending on where you live.

Items are shipped via Royal Mail First Class in the UK and standard Airmail elsewhere. Should you require special delivery methods i.e tracking please let me know.
