Returns and exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased with your ReduxJewelry purchase, please e-mail me. I will gladly refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping) if the item is returned to me in it's original condition within 30 days of the purchase date.

Payment

I hold shipment until payment is recieved. ReduxJewelry accepted payment via PayPal and Etsy direct payment. Etsy gift cards are also accepted.

INDIANA RESIDENTS: 7.00% sales tax will be added during checkout.

Shipping

I generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment -- allowing for weekends and holidays, of course. If I am away from my shop, I post a message on my main shop page alerting you to when I will return and when orders will be shipped. If I have e-mail access while I'm away, I will acknowledge your order and confirm when your order will ship.

FREE SHIPPING within the US! Discounted shipping to international destinations. Delivery tracking is included with shipments to US addresses. Insurance is available at extra cost -- just convo me for more information.

PLEASE be sure to indicate the correct shipping address at checkout as I automatically generate mailing labels using that address. Please show your complete address: an incomplete address may delay shipment of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I ship world-wide. I report values accurately on customs forms and do not honor requests to show lower values. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, etc.
