I just received your yarn. I have already made the hat as a gift for a teacher expecting her baby. I love the yarn. Thanks for all the goodies you included in your packaging. I will be checking them out. Hope to buy again soon.

Returns and exchanges
If you bought an item that was NOT a custom order and are dissatisfied with it, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it. You may return it only if you contact me within a week. The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping back to me, and you will be reimbursed for the purchase price as soon as I receive the item back.

Payment
You may send a check or money order if you wish; just know that a check has to clear first before any shipment is rendered.
Shipping
For international shipments, I use Global Priority Mail. Please note that Global Priority Mail is not accepted in some countries (such as Italy). See www.usps.com if Global Priority is accepted in your country. If not, please contact me before purchasing an item so we can make shipping arrangements. It may cost more to ship to certain countries.
