Hello my name is Tiffany and I'm the designer behind Rural Creative. I grew up in small town, Standard, Alberta where I found my passion for building, designing and creating. Since earning my Bachelor of Design degree from the University of Alberta, I have relocated to Calgary, Alberta with my wonderful husband. My love of rust, old wood and typography pushed me to start Rural Creative.

I am a local seller at the West Elm Calgary location, drop into their store to view my selection of Alberta and Calgary themed pieces that are available.

Custom work can be created for those customers who wish to purchase something truly unique. I love working on pieces for weddings, nurseries, anniversary's and homes! Message me today to get started.

When placing an order, ensure you read my policies and production times before you place your order. Every item is handmade, so orders can take time to fill. I do accept rush orders, please make sure that you send me a message to make sure that I can accommodate your time frame. Any questions you have should be answered below, but if not, send me an email and I can assist!


ORDERING:

Please ensure that any custom orders are communicated fully. If an item is a rush, communicate directly with me first before placing your order, through my Etsy inbox. I want to provide you with a custom order that is truly what you want so please make sure that your specifications are clear and detailed. Once payment is received for a custom order, I do provide you with a proof for your approval before production begins.

I work on responding to emails within a 24 - 48 hour span. I recently had a baby and so my responses may be a bit delayed as I adjust to life with her, I greatly appreciate your patience.

I value my customers and always want to ensure that you are proud to own one of my pieces. I do not accept refunds on custom orders. If there is damage or loss to an item, please contact me and we can resolve the issue.

Shipping
When placing an order, remember that the product is handmade and takes time to produce. Plan your order to allow time for delivery as well. I want to ensure that you receive your order when you need it. Contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

I ship through Canada post to Canada and the United States. Please contact me for details to ship elsewhere. In Canada shipping prices are for parcels sent through regular parcel, they take from 3-12 business days to ship. In the United States shipping prices are for parcels sent through Expedited parcel, they take from 3-12 business days to ship (NOTE: This does not include the time that a parcel takes to get through customs!) Packages are insured through Canada post. If you would like an upgrade to your shipping, please select the upgrade when checking out. I will keep in contact with you to let you know when a piece has been shipped and the arrival time expected.

A note on Custom Fees: The buyer is responsible for paying custom fees of the products they purchase.
