Eden has completely changed the game for me! Like many other beginner sourdough bakers, I tried to make my own starter… and failed (several times). My loaves were gummy and dense and I was getting super frustrated. I was close to giving up but decided to give Eden a shot in hopes that it was my starter that stunk (and not me, haha). She is AMAZING. Y’all I’m blown away. She is strong, she is beautiful, and she makes DELICIOUS sourdough. Thank goodness I don’t have to give up on my journey!
