5 out of 5 starsBeautiful and functional piece of pottery! Wonderful pottery and a wonderful potter. I have had some of her pottery for over 20 years and it is still just as beautiful as when first purchased. Shipping was very fast and everything was packaged extremely well.

5 out of 5 starsBeautiful pieces! Wonderful pottery and a wonderful Potter. The mugs are absolutely gorgeous. They have a great balance and good feel in the hand. Nice rounded and smooth edge where you drink. I have had some of her pottery for over 20 years and it looks just as beautiful now as when first purchased. Shipping was very fast and everything was packaged extremely well.

5 out of 5 starsJust what I needed, and nice to look at too. I really like the craftsmanship and care put into this little garlic pot.

5 out of 5 starsArrived very quickly and was well packaged. More compact than other pottery butter dishes I have seen but that makes it a better fit on the table! Visually pleasing. (Perhaps the handle could be slightly more substantial to improve the grip, but still a very nice dish).

Fine Craft Show - Le Salon des Métiers d'Art à Montréal, Québec , Canada
A Glimpse into my Studio.
I live in Pointe-Claire ( Montréal ), Quebec, Canada. I have a home based studio and showroom. This allows me the flexibility to go and work in my studio at any time. I have two sales per year in my showroom. One in early June when the garden is in bloom and one in late November or early December.
I make functional pottery using either earthenware or stoneware and sometimes I will use a semi-porcelain clay.
My work is made mostly on the potter's wheel. I also like to include some hand-built pieces into my production.
I make and test all my own glazes.
All the brushwork, such as in the "Blueberry Collection", is done by hand.
To be noted, for the blueberry motif alone, I use different 5 brushes !
I fire my work in an electric kiln.
First in a bisque kiln to harden the clay, then I glaze and do the brushwork , after which it goes into the kiln again at a higher temperature for the glazes to melt properly.
All work is food, microwave and dishwasher safe.
