He estado fabricando muebles de gabinete desde el año 2000. Comencé como aprendiz de ensamblador de muebles. Pasó por todas las etapas, antes de abrir su taller y tienda con muestras de exposición.
Produzco dibujos en CAD AutoCAD. Diseño futuros muebles (modelos 3D) en PRO-100. Trato de usar accesorios de marca (BLUM, Hettich, HAFELE).
El taller está equipado con una sierra de panel, máquinas de perforación vertical, rectificado y otras herramientas.

En 2012, asumió un gran pedido. Era un jardín de infantes de dos pisos. Todavía estaba en construcción. La tarea estaba en la fabricación de muebles, que también eran tabiques de pared. Es decir, los muebles dividieron el espacio en habitaciones. Era de doble cara. Había fachadas a ambos lados. El diseño es original y ergonómico.

Pero eso no fue lo más difícil. El cliente entregó el material al sitio en partes separadas, sin orificios para accesorios. También se entregaron los herrajes al lugar. Y necesitábamos hacer perforación y fresado para todos los accesorios en la propia instalación. Y por supuesto la propia instalación de mobiliario.
El objeto fue localizado en los Países Bajos (Países Bajos, Lelystad, Kofschip 5, 8223EZ).

Dos personas tuvieron que ir en un viaje de negocios (para la producción y la instalación). Como me dedicaba a la fabricación de diseño y dibujos, tuve que ir yo mismo, llevando a mi pareja conmigo. Hubo mucho trabajo :)
Como resultado, lo conseguimos. El objeto fue localizado a 2000 km. del taller. La lista de instrumentos tomados fue limitada. Era necesario tomar lo esencial. No era posible tomar máquinas de pleno derecho. Por lo tanto, la única solución correcta fue usar conductores de muebles (fresado de fresado y taladro).

Cada fabricante de accesorios para muebles produce su propio conductor de muebles. Que está diseñado para sus accesorios. Su política era clara. Pero quería tener algo universal.
Finalmente. Se decidió hacer un conductor de muebles para usted. El criterio principal fue: calidad decente (como conductores de marca) + versatilidad. La apariencia de la versión actual de nuestros directores difiere de las versiones iniciales. Ya que trato de actualizarlos constantemente. Paralelamente, compartí mis éxitos en el desarrollo de conductores de muebles en Internet. Algunos usuarios de foros de muebles pidieron hacer la misma plantilla de muebles para ellos. No me importó ayudar a sus colegas. Algunos usuarios compartieron sus experiencias y sugirieron soluciones de racionalización. También ayudó a mejorar la usabilidad y versatilidad de nuestras plantillas de muebles.

And we needed to make drilling and milling for all the fittings at the facility itself. And of course the installation of furniture itself.
The object was located in the Netherlands (Netherlands, Lelystad, Kofschip 5, 8223EZ).

Two people had to go on a business trip (for production and installation). Since I was engaged in the manufacture of design and drawings, I had to go myself, taking my partner with me. There was a lot of work :)
As a result, we got. The object was located 2000 km. from the workshop. The list of instruments taken was limited. It was necessary to take the essentials. It was not possible to take full-fledged machines. Therefore, the only correct solution was to use furniture conductors (milling jig and drill jig).

Each manufacturer of furniture fittings produces its own furniture conductor. Which is designed for its fittings. Their policy was clear. But I wanted to have something universal.
Ultimately. It was decided to make a furniture conductor for yourself. The main criterion was: decent quality (like brand conductors) + versatility. The appearance of the current version of our conductors differs from the initial versions. Since I try to constantly upgrade them. And at the moment (end of 2020) their effectiveness allows us to confidently assert that the goal has been achieved.
In parallel, I shared my successes in the development of furniture conductors on the Internet. Some users of furniture forums asked to make the same furniture template for them. I did not mind to help their colleagues. Some users shared their experiences and suggested rationalization solutions. It also helped to improve the usability and versatility of our furniture templates.
