Please always measure for chest size. Length can always be added or modified. If you have any questions regarding sizing, please send us a message.

Please contact us when you receive the item if there is a problem. We DO NOT accept refunds/exchanges if you didn’t measure your dog before choosing the correct sizing. We also do not accept refund/exchanges for a different product due to a change of mind after an order has been placed for more than 2 hours as the fabric has already been cut. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure they are ordering the right size and design as as everything is made to order and in limited quantities. If you are unsure of your dog's size, please message prior to ordering. If the size isn't listed, than the fabric isn't available.

It is recommended you wash your dog clothes by hand and hang dry to maintain size and shape.

We do take custom sizing on orders but it depends on availability of fabrics and how busy we are. Feel free to send us a DM!

We are open to considering wholesale opportunities on certain items where the fabric is always available and if we have the time on hand to create it. However, we are only interested in representing our own brand and not creating for someone else to put a label on it.

No, we only list the amount and colours of fabric we have. Please do not try to order and then change your mind in the notes. Your order will be promptly cancelled.
