As a mother of two and juggling a full-time job, I struggled with keeping balance in my life. After being diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and depression, I sought alternative ways to help me regain my strength. I read books, changed my diet, but I was still feeling helpless in controlling my life. I took charge and had the urge to learn meditation.

I researched and researched all the different meditation techniques, and tried many. Once I started to explore Chakra healing, my whole life changed. I learned to heal my traumas, learned to change my negative thinking, learned to take accountability for my feelings and triggers, and I never looked back. Anxiety and depression was a thing of the past.

Not only did I obtain the tools to keep myself in check, I have also gained a new outlook in life. I see the world with a new lens and see the beauty in the colours and energy around me. To not only find the peace within my heart, but to also find the peace within my world around me, was truly a gift that I will never take for granted.

I created these candles to aid in my journey. The energy of crystals, and the effects from essential oils, really helped me with connecting to my inner-self and brought me a sense of peace and support along my path. I wanted to help others with their path and help people access the same tools that helped me create the Zen in my life.

My intention is for these candles to aid and guide one's healing journey with peace, love, and support.
