Returns and exchanges
I do accept exchanges and returns on regular purchases; however the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s). If it is an exchange, the buyer must also pay to re-ship the new item(s). I am not responsible for damage that occurs to item(s) packed by buyers. I do not accept returns/exchanges on custom orders.
Packages will not come with a tracking number. This is done to keep shipping costs down. Canada Post does not provide tracking on any surface package to the US. For large orders I can consider a tracking option if specifically requested by the buyer (which MUST be done before payment is made - please send a message).
