5 out of 5 starsSo I ordered this item once before and it did not arrive. The seller said she would resend the item but I also did not receive it. Well I really wanted it so I ordered it again. This time it arrived no problem. I don’t know what happened with the first purchase but the seller said items were arriving in my area no problem and wouldn’t replace it a second time. Understandable if she did in fact send it but I have never complained about or returned an item from Etsy previously and have always received items no problem so I just don’t know what to think. The patch is beautiful and I love it so I don’t exactly regret purchasing but I still feel weird that I had to purchase twice to receive it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you use recyclable or reused packaging?
Yes! All of our packaging in currently 100% recyclable including all envelopes, paper bags, business cards, postcards, backing cards, and bubble mailers. We also reuse some packaging such as cellophane envelopes, Styrofoam pockets, bubble wrap and card sleeves.
Do you have tracked shipping for US & International orders?
Yes! All shipping fees of $5+ are shipped through Chit Chats Canada and comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been processed, you will be sent a tracking number through your confirmation email. We use Chit Chats Canada to keep our shipping fees as low as possible.
