absolutely amazing seller! i reached out to shannon in the search of a cute kobo libra colour sleeve after coming up empty for a month. shannon was more than accommodating and asked for measurements to check whether her current sleeves would fit to which they did not. she went above and beyond and offered to make me one, showed me the fabric designs and some other designs she’d previously made for other e-reader sleeves and we decided on a pattern, which was a tough decision with how BEAUTIFUL all the fabrics are!🌸✨ the sleeve is absolutely stunning. it’s a comfortable fit with a bit of room so it’s not too snug, quilted for protection and well made! as it was being custom made i expected the delivery to be at least a couple of weeks, it came WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ORDERING!!!!🤩 thank you so much shannon, for all your help!!💗
