Leo's Story
Leo graduated from Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts with a BFA in Oil Painting. He spent many years as the creative head of a world-renowned advertising agency, earning several awards, including the EFFIE. In recent years, Leo has shifted his focus to the art world, blending fine art with conceptual creativity through contemporary oil painting, mixed-media, ink, and experimental projects across painting, installation, video, and music.
In 2023, he curated and exhibited The Story of FIONA, an independent solo exhibition addressing Canada’s extreme climate. His work also appeared in multiple contemporary art fairs, earning him the Gallery Award at Art Nouveau Taipei. In 2024, Leo launched Jieqi's Dragon, a collaborative art project with 24 young artists, addressing climate change and cultural integration through painting, installation, and performance.
Leo promotes his work through WOWPEI, a brand dedicated to showcasing his artistic vision and offering practical art-related products.
