The reason for issues is that you were not using Google Chrome as your browser. You can only use this as your browser. This is clearly indicated in the listing description and in the acknowledgement box you typed YES for to agree to the rules. Thanks.

WHAT AM I PURCHASING?
This listing includes an instant download, self-editable template that you edit yourself using your own browser.
You will be emailed a link to access your template after purchase within a few minutes. No need to install software or fonts. You can print at home, your local print shop or an online print vendor.
Due to the nature of the digital files, refunds ARE NOT ACCPETED.
If you have a problem with your file or issue with editing your template please contact me and I will be happy to help you out!
Hyperlinks cannot be added to any digital files or templates.
Google Chrome is the best browser to use when editing your template.

You can print as a PDF or JPG
JPG files are photo files- Upload to any online photo website, or print from a photo lab.
PDF files (2 invitations per page) are for printing from home or at your local print shop or copy center. Print and cut to size if applicable.

CAN I EDIT THE TEMPLATE MYSELF?
Can I edit the design myself?
Some designs are editable, some are not. Please make sure to read the item description carefully to see whether you will purchase an editable design. Refunds will not be accepted if you decide you do not want to edit it yourself.

WHERE DO I FIND MY EDITABLE TEMPLATE?
After purchasing an editable template, you will receive an email that contains a link to your editable design.
Please note that there is no editable file included in the downloads on your Etsy page, only the instructions on how to edit your design. The actual editable design template you will access via the link you will receive via the Corjl email.
WHAT SIZE ARE THE INVITATION TEMPLATES?
We ONLY offer the invitation templates in 5x7. We do not offer in 4x6 size. Other products such as signs all have various sizes, please read over the listing description before purchase to see what sizes are available to you with the download. Refunds will not be accepted if you decide to change your mind after purchase because the size you need is not included.
HOW LONG WILL MY EDITABLE TEMPLATE BE AVAILABLE AFTER PURCHASE?
The ready-to-print, instant download designs are available for an unlimited time, they will never expire.
The editable templates are available for 90 days from the time of purchase.

CAN I TEST OUT THE TEMPLATE BEFORE PURCHASE?
Yes! We offer a free demo to try the editable template before you buy. You will find the link for the free demo in the listing description, copy and paste this into your browser to access the demo template.
ENSURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT EMAIL!!
Please ensure your email is correct and updated on Etsy before you purchase. The template link is sent to your email that you have on file with Etsy. Customers requesting the link to be sent to another email after it has already been sent will be charged a fee. This fee must be paid before the link can be sent again to the new requested email. Corjl charges for each link sent. If you do not wish to pay an extra fee for sending the link again then you can change your email for you Etsy account.
