I never placed an order. I informed the seller that my credit card number had been stolen. For some reason, the seller mailed me an empty box.

This order was filled, shipped and delivered… You claimed, immediately after shipment, that you did not make this transaction. You have been instructed by me, multiple times, to contact your bank to recover any funds for unauthorized transactions. In our conversation thread, you clearly stated that you did not make the purchase of this item, and that you’ve already contacted your bank to reverse the transaction. It seems that your intentions were to scam my shop by purchasing an item, and then making the false claim that you either did not purchase, or receive the item. If your account was truly hacked as you claim, then I am so sorry this happened to you, and I will do everything I can to help you resolve the issue and also prevent it from happening to others in the future.
