Amidst the busy end of the year, I forgot to collect the package, and unfortunately, it was sent back to Udo. When I contacted Udo, he was incredibly helpful and not judgmental about my oversight. He offered to send it again. The communication was smooth and fast, and I received my Sonos shelves back in no time. Thank you, Udo, for this incredible service and the amazing products! Looks great in our living room. Really great product if you don’t mind that you can’t freely rotate and just your Sonos without it misaligning with the stand.
