I started designing wedding and event stationery around my last year of design school...I hate to admit how long ago that was! It started with one friend getting married, and who better to ask to do you invites than your friend who does graphic design? After that, it was a long string of word-of-mouth referrals...friends, family, coworkers, etc.
I took my 'hobby' to the public about 6 months after my daughter was born, and began selling on eBay mainly. Then, a year and a half later, I was told about this wonderful place called "Etsy"...and the rest is history!
So... what's so good about working with a graphic designer for your wedding invites? Everything can be customized! The samples shown in my shop are merely a starting point - something just to give you an idea of what can be done, and what materials I generally use...If you have an idea, I can make it come to life and help you create a look to your event that people will remember for years to come. If you're looking for something that you don't see - coordinating pieces, or something specific in a design - don't be shy, just ask!
And... unlike many shops around here, I never impose a limit on revisions. I never charge for revisions. It's your day, let's make look awesome!
Well, now you know who I am... feel free to send a convo, tell me about your event and let's get started :)
