Hey, I'm Shannon - the owner and design guru of Backwoods Design Studio. I love creating unique & original designs. Some designs come about while I'm working on the computer, but many designs begin their life in one of my sketchbooks.
I've been drawing ever since I can remember. For awhile, I put my creative side on hold. But over the last several of years, I've ramped back up with designing and then some. Ideas usually take over my brain and I'm constantly sketching new designs. I keep all my ideas in a book, otherwise I'd go crazy with creativity overload. I've been known to stay up til the wee hours of the night working on my designs. But when I get in a groove, I just have to keep the ball rolling.
In my spare time I love to collect farmhouse antiques, work on diy projects and spend time with family and friends.
