I've been crafting in one way or another since I was little. I've been making cards for several years, and I've been sewing for a very long time! Some of the things I've made include dresses for weddings, proms, and baptisms; costumes for community theatre performances, parties, and historical events; hats for a friend who'd had chemotherapy; and clothes for babies and little girls, including heirloom dresses. I'm also a quilter; I've made quilts for a number of people. I like to make purses and bags of various kinds. I also created some paper flower bouquets and decorations for a recent wedding where the groom was allergic to live plants; that was fun! I made some wrist jewelry "bouquets" for the same wedding for the mothers and grandmothers of the bride and groom. My most recent venture is upholstery. I suppose it could be said that I do enjoy crafts of various kinds! Thank you for visiting!
