Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to create custom orders! Many of the products in our shop can be customized with your own text, a logo and other details. Just reach out to us for more information. Please note that custom orders may incur an additional fee.
*Picture Frame Orders - Please note that we only customize the frame itself. We are not able to print and add photos to the frames.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
We may offer special pricing for bulk orders. Contact us with the item(s) and quantity you wish to purchase and we will send you a quote.
How long will it take for my item to ship?
We have streamlined our order and production processes to get them to you as quickly as possible. In most cases, orders will ship within one business day. Please note that in some situations, this time frame may need to be adjusted. If you are concerned with the delivery time, please reach out to us at support@28collective.com and we can provide you an estimate on production and delivery time.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but you can rest assured that our simple, yet attractive packaging will make your recipient feel special. We package most products in a branded box, and then we carefully place it in the box in such a way that creates a great presentation upon opening. We include packing slips in each package that allows you to include a personalized gift message to the recipient.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Shipping rates will vary based on the ship to location and items purchased.
We cannot guarantee shipment to PO Boxes in all instances. For larger items or for bulk purchases, we may ask for an alternate address to have the items shipped to. If one is not able to be provided and we cannot come to a resolution with the customer, it may result in the order being cancelled. We will notify the customer and make all reasonable effort to offer an alternative solution before cancelling an order.
I never received my order. What should I do?
If you have not received your package but the tracking number says it was delivered, please check all places it could have been left including all doors, mailboxes, apartment/condo mail centers and neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, please contact delivery service first. They may help you located it or ask you to contact us to file a claim.
If you have not received your package in the estimated time frame or your tracking number says "pending," please contact us as soon as possible.
All missing or delayed deliveries must be reported within 30 days after the order was purchased. If buyer provides an incorrect address that results in a lost package or return to sender, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping fees.
Can I make changes to my order after it is already placed?
To ensure a quick turn-around time, we process our orders soon after they are placed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us immediately. If we have not yet processed the order, we may be able to make changes. However, if the order has already been created, we will not be able to make any changes.
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately. If we have not already shipped the item, we can change the address. If we have shipped the item, please contact the shipping service (USPS or Fedex) to reroute the package. We do not accept return to sender packages.
Can I add a logo to one of your products?
Yes, most of our products can be customized with a logo. Please contact us prior to ordering so that we can make sure that the logo will engrave properly.
Will I receive a proof of my order before it ships?
We do not automatically send proofs. However, you may request a proof by sending us a message or adding a note to your order.* Also, we are not able to print and add photos to picture frame orders.
*Orders that receive a proof, must approve the proof within 24 hours or we will cancel the order.
There is something wrong with my order. Can you help me?
Any issue with your order must be reported to us within 30 days of shipment. Issues reported after 30 days will not be able to be addressed. If it is within the 30 days and we are at fault for the issue, we will offer a refund or replacement. If it is outside of the 30 days or we are not at fault, we will not be able to issue a refund or send a replacement.
