Therapist-created workbooks and digital tools to inspire curiosity, emotional wellness, and meaningful personal growth.
Hi, I'm Ashley—a licensed professional counselor, educator, and the creator of Millennial Eclectic Therapy® (MET®).
I've always been fascinated by one question: How can people with similar backgrounds, experiences, or circumstances grow into completely different versions of themselves? That curiosity led me into the counseling profession and continues to shape everything I create.
Over the years, I've worked with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship challenges, housing instability, and major life transitions. One thing became clear: people aren't just looking for answers—they're looking for space to think, reflect, and better understand themselves.
That's why I created this shop.
The resources you'll find here are more than printable worksheets. They're thoughtfully designed workbooks, journals, and therapeutic tools grounded in clinical experience, evidence-informed practices, and genuine curiosity about what it means to be human.
I believe healing isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking better questions.
Each workbook is designed to help you slow down, notice patterns, explore emotions, and reconnect with yourself without judgment. Whether you're working through anger, burnout, relationships, ADHD, or simply trying to make sense of life's challenges, my goal is to create resources that encourage reflection rather than perfection.
The philosophy behind my work is simple:
Curiosity creates space for growth.
Everything in this shop is created by me—not generated from templates or generic prompts. Every resource is informed by my experience as a therapist, educator, and workshop presenter, while remaining approachable enough to use at your own pace.
Thank you for supporting a small business dedicated to making mental wellness resources more thoughtful, accessible, and meaningful. I hope these workbooks help you become a little more curious about yourself and a little more compassionate along the way.
Welcome—I'm glad you're here.
