Jag har tillbringat år med att bygga webbplatser och varumärkesidentiteter för andra människors företag. Någonstans där inne lade jag märke till samma sak om och om igen: konstnärerna och skaparna jag arbetade med var lysande på att skapa och helt upptagna med verksamheten.
De gissade på priser. De tog provision på ett handslag. De spårade försäljning i en anteckningsbok, eller inte alls. Inte för att de var slarviga – för ingen ger dig ett system när du bestämmer dig för att sälja ditt arbete, och att bygga ett från grunden är ett andra heltidsjobb.
Så jag började bygga systemen istället.
Adaptive Media Productions är min studio. Jag heter Kristy – en designer med bakgrund inom grafisk design, varumärkesbyggande, bokpublicering och fotografi, och jag skapar de praktiska verktyg jag önskar att någon hade gett mig. Priskalkylatorer som tar hänsyn till ditt material, dina timmar och en faktisk vinst. Affärsplanerare som spårar lager och provisioner utan att behöva en examen i kalkylblad. Kontrakt du kan skicka utan att undra om du har täckt dig själv. Och utskrivbara material för de delar av vardagen som behöver lite mer ordning – hushållet, den nya bebisen, flytten, bröllopet.
Allt här är designat internt, testat innan det publiceras och byggt för att vara verkligt användbart – inte en snygg PDF som ligger i din nedladdningsmapp för alltid. Om en fil ger dig problem, skicka ett meddelande till mig. Jag svarar och fixar det.
HUR MINA FILER FUNGERAR
Varje annons laddas ner direkt. Du köper den, du får den direkt, och den är din att använda för alltid – ingen prenumeration, inget utgångsdatum, inget konto att underhålla. Kalkylblad öppnas i Microsoft Excel eller i gratis Google Sheets. Utskrivbara filer finns i både US Letter och A4, så de skrivs ut korrekt var du än är.
VAD JAG BYGGER HÄRNÄSTAN
Nya verktyg läggs upp regelbundet – fler för yrkesverksamma konstnärer, fler för små kreativa företag och fler utskrivbara material för hushåll och familj. Att följa butiken är det enklaste sättet att se dem först.
I spent years building websites and brand identities for other people's businesses. Somewhere in there I noticed the same thing over and over: the artists and makers I worked with were brilliant at the making and completely underwater on the business.
They were guessing at prices. Taking commissions on a handshake. Tracking sales in a notebook, or not at all. Not because they were careless — because nobody hands you a system when you decide to sell your work, and building one from scratch is a second full-time job.
So I started building the systems instead.
Adaptive Media Productions is my studio. I'm Kristy — a designer with a background in graphic design, branding, book publishing, and photography, and I make the practical tools I wish somebody had handed me. Pricing calculators that account for your materials, your hours, and an actual profit. Business planners that track inventory and commissions without needing a spreadsheet degree. Contracts you can send without wondering whether you've covered yourself. And printables for the parts of ordinary life that need a little more order — the household, the new baby, the move, the wedding.
Everything here is designed in-house, tested before it goes up, and built to be genuinely usable — not a pretty PDF that sits in your downloads folder forever. If a file gives you trouble, message me. I answer, and I fix it.

Every listing is an instant download. You buy it, you get it immediately, and it's yours to use forever — no subscription, no expiry, no account to maintain. Spreadsheets open in Microsoft Excel or in free Google Sheets. Printables come in both US Letter and A4, so they print correctly wherever you are.
