How will I receive my digital file, and what format is it?
Files are available immediately after payment — download from "Purchases and Reviews" in your Etsy account, or via the email link from Etsy. All files are 300dpi PNG/JPG, ready for print or digital use. For wall art, we recommend a local print shop (Costco, Walgreens, Staples) or an online printing service.
For stickers, matte or glossy sticker paper works best. For tumbler wraps, use waterslide or sublimation paper. Digital stickers work with GoodNotes, Notability, Samsung Notes, and any digital planner app.
Specific sizes are listed in each product description. Having trouble downloading? Try a computer instead of a mobile device, or just message us and we'll help right away.
Can I use these digital files for commercial purposes or share them?
Personal use only — commercial use, sharing, reselling, or redistribution is prohibited unless stated otherwise in the listing.
What sizes are available for physical items, and how long does shipping take?
All physical items are made to order — sizes, fit, and care instructions vary by product, so please check the size chart and product description in each listing before ordering.
Shipping times also vary by item; estimated production and delivery times are listed on each product page. A tracking number is provided once your order ships, and multiple items ship together whenever possible.
Can I cancel or make changes to my physical item order?
All physical items are made to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges — please double-check your size and color before ordering.
Want to cancel or change your size, color, design, quantity, or address? Just message us within 1 hour of placing your order — after that, production has already begun and we're unable to make any changes.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll take care of it.
