What happens to my photo after the order is completed?
We respect your privacy and take your data seriously 💜
We do NOT store, reuse, or share your photos after your order is completed.
Your images are used only for creating your custom design and fulfilling your order. Once the process is finished, they are permanently deleted.
You can feel safe sending your photos to us ✨
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We carefully check every order, but in rare cases damage or defects may occur during production or shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund, we require:
• clear photos of the damage
• a short video showing the issue (video is required)
This helps us verify the problem and resolve it quickly with our production partners.
