Custom and personalised orders
Many of the items have an option to be personalised; if you have a specific request or enquiry on customisation then please do contact the shop!
All items are handmade so please be mindful of little inconsistencies of each item
Delivery
All items are handmade and packaged with care to arrive safely with you. Please see individual items for delivery time as I need time to prepare items ready for dispatch and many are made to order.
Every effort is taken to use environmentally friendly boxing and wrapping- and plastic bubble wrap is re-used not bought for packaging. Please recycle and reuse!
Gift wrapping and packaging
Plastic free packaging is always used where possible! For larger items it’s not always possible if you receive bubble wrap please know it’s been re-used not bought for packaging so please continue re-use and recycle ♻️
What is your refund policy?
All items are made to order and many custom.
If the product is faulty or there’s a problem, please don’t hesitate to get in contact to resolve.
So much care and attention and cost goes into hand-making, packaging and delivering items so if you choose not to “like” it, it can’t be returned.
Personalised clay orders cannot be cancelled and personalised wording on wreaths are ordered from a separate supplier so also at a cost to me.
