4 out of 5 starsvery beautiful and high quality piece. the seller is nice and did her best to help with the shipping problem. the issue is that the shipping method did not come with tracking the first shipment after a month of it not arriving the seller offered a refund or to ship again, I requested for it to be sent again with tracking but that tracking never updated past the package being dropped off. after another month and a half of no change the seller offered me the same options of a refund or to ship it again but with a reliable courier, I opted for the reliable courier and received the item within a week. the piece is perfect. I hope no one else has these shipping issues.
