5 out of 5 starsItem was shipped and arrived very quickly, almost within a week. Seller was also super responsive and helpful when I requested for it to be shipped sooner. Thank you so much. The sofa is of great quality and very comfortable, it takes some time to fully expand and is not as slouchy as some of the other review photos might suggest. Have used it for 3 weeks and found no issues so far. One thing I wasn't aware of was that you'll need to pay import taxes which amounted to about £60 for me, something to be aware of before purchase. However all in all it was a great purchase and I would recommend it to anyone who's on the fence about it.

4 out of 5 starsThe quality of the fabric and cushions is excellent. I have used the real teddy sofa and this is essentially equal. However the quality of the metal bars is poor. They don’t fit together well without force. They come apart under the sofa. Because it’s not a single wide bar behind the sofa the back cushions tend to push out in the middle and the sofa slides backwards sometimes. If they improve the metal bars this sofa will be perfect. I ended up ordering a separate set of bars from Vibehaus which are much better and the sofa is perfect with the better bars. Excellent, very communicative customer service. They answered all my questions before and after delivery and were very responsive

What is the hardness of the sponge used in your product and what is its service life?
Our products are made with 30 density sponge. In this way, you can use it for many years without losing its shape while maintaining your comfort.
Can the products be washed?
Yes, my products are produced with zippers. This way, you can wash them and use them again by attaching the buttons.
Can you add non-slip bases to the products?
Yes, if you write in the order notes, a cream sole will be sent.
Can you make products in different shapes?

How many days does it take for the products to be produced? And how many days does it take for the cargo to reach me?
Products are shipped in 2-5 business days. Depending on stock status, they can be shipped the next day after ordering. Since I send them with express shipping, they will be with you in 2-5 business days.
