Every day is a blessing
Soy padre de cinco hijos maravillosos y no podría pedir mucho más. Hace dos años me diagnosticaron cáncer en etapa 4 y la vida me golpeó con toda su fuerza. Todo era un caos: desde las citas médicas hasta las sesiones de terapia, pasando por tener que explicarles las cosas a mis amigos y familiares una y otra vez. (Una familia numerosa es genial hasta que llega el momento de explicarles que tengo cáncer). No me puedo quejar mucho, pero desde luego no estoy listo para rendirme. Mi trabajo y mis actividades extracurriculares habituales prácticamente terminaron. Ahora paso mucho tiempo intentando recuperarme, haciendo todo lo posible por mantenerme ocupado... y aquí estoy, jaja. Soy nuevo en esto, seguro que pronto te darás cuenta, si es que no lo has hecho ya. Soy una persona justa y de confianza en mi día a día, así que pensé que podría aplicar eso aquí y ser genial. Solo el tiempo lo dirá. Si tienes alguna pregunta, consejo, ayuda o cualquier otra cosa, no dudes en preguntar.
A father of 5 great kids who couldn’t ask for much else. 2 years ago I found out I had stage 4 cancer and life really hit full force. Everything was a blurred mess from doctor appointments to therapy appointments to explaining stuff to friends and family repeatedly. ( A large family is great until it’s time to explain I had cancer.) I can’t complain about much but sure not ready to call it a day. My typical work and extracurricular activities had come to an end pretty much. Now I spent a lot of time trying to recover on my butt doing anything I can to stay busy….. and now I’m here lol. So I’m new at this I’m sure you can or will tell before long if you haven’t already. I’m a fair and trustworthy guy in my day to day dealings I figured I could apply that here and be great.
