We are happy to work with you to solve a problem provided that you contact us immediately upon receiving your order, within the FIRST 3 DAYS.
We do accept exchanges in unusual circumstances, you MUST contact us within FIRST 3 DAYS after receiving the item. NOTE: buyer is responsible for full shipping cost to return item and have another shipped out.
In the event of refund, there are deductions for: Etsy fees (determined by Etsy), shipping insurance (.80/$100 value), and re-shelving fee ($10/item).

Custom and personalized orders
We do custom orders with the agreement that buyer pay 50% of purchase price upon requesting the item, and remaining 50% upon shipping item. This insures that we do not waste time and resources creating items that are later abandoned as a result of no commitment by the buyer. We are a small business and cannot afford to purchase materials used for custom items unless you also COMMIT to the agreement!!
