I’m McKenna Reitz—an award-winning educator, coach, and speaker. I believe coaching is about more than what happens during a game. It’s about building relationships, developing confidence, and helping athletes grow.
After 19 years as a varsity volleyball coach, and now coaching club volleyball, I know how much heart, preparation, and intention it takes to lead a team. I created Challenge Coaching to share practical resources that help coaches reflect, plan, and lead with purpose.
