The watch is in lovely shape and so cute! Sadly, the clasp had an issue and didn’t stay closed. Madhu was super responsive when I reached out with the issue and offered multiple ways to resolve the issue. She send me a new band and I had it put on and now things are good as new! I love the watch and am grateful for how quickly and kindly Madhu resolved the small issue.

A Celestial Sign from the Universe! I was searching for a whimsical watch and I fell in love with the sun and moon motif. When I received the watch, I showed it to my mom, only to discover that she wore this same Timex watch when she was my age! What a full circle moment.
