RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact me (Alina Osten, alina.osten@hotmail.com) with a clear statement (e.g. an Etsy message or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may also use Etsy's electronic withdrawal function (available since July 2026 via your order overview → "Send a help request"), though it is currently a bit hard to find on Etsy's side — using email or an Etsy message works just as well and is legally equivalent.
Consequences of Withdrawal
I will refund all payments received from you without undue delay. I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back (§ 357 Abs. 4 BGB — this is my legal right and protects me against misuse).

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Compensation for reduced value: If the item comes back in a condition beyond what's needed to simply inspect it (as you could in a physical shop) — e.g. worn, damaged, dirty — I may deduct a corresponding compensation from the refund.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos of the issue — this lets me file the case with my production partner quickly and arrange a free replacement or refund for you. A later report does not limit your legal rights.
